iPhone XS Screen Stays Awake After Notification

As the title says, whenever I receive a notification, the screen does not shut off on its own. I have tried restarting, changing notification settings, changing time to sleep settings, and nothing works. I've also seen other questions here on the same topic, to which Apple has yet to provide a satisfactory answer.

Please help!

Though you have not mentioned but I tried all four possibilities on my iPhone 6 with iOS 12.2 with no issue at all. Since you have an iPhone XS as compared my iPhone 6 the problem is not with Apple but with your iPhone settings.

If you have downloaded any unauthorised apps or softwares from internet then delete it.

Two conditions after Notifications is Received in Lock Screen
1. Notification not opened
2. Notification Opened

1. Notification not opened
2. Notification Opened

Auto Lock is set to 1 Min
