Notifications that I want to turn off

A notification shows that I want to turn off but it does not show in preferences/notifications. So how do I turn it off?

MacBook Pro 15", macOS 10.14

In Safari, go to Preferences->Websites->Notifications

space.com. I agreed to receive notification but there are too many. It does not show in the list.
