monthly times current number of months

I have one cell that has the total of recurring monthly charges and I have another cell where I want to have that total times the number of months that have passed in this current fiscal year. So it will update with time. How to do this?

Hi Brian,

Perhaps this, using the DATEDIF function.

In the Months table, type the date of the start of the fiscal year in A2

B2 =TODAY()

C2 =DATEDIF(A2,B2,"M") and is the multiplier for Table 1 column A

Hide columns B and C in the Months table

Regards,

Ian.
