The Stocks app still works fine in the notification center (swiping brings it out), showing all stocks, value, and day's change. But there used to be a little graph for each stock, showing the day's activity. That graph is gone for all stocks in the list, and has been for months. Don't know exactly when they disappeared or what caused it. Any ideas?

It was a change, but I don't remember exactly when it changed. I'm running High Sierra and mine looks like yours.

If you want to, you can send Apple feedback. They won't answer, but at least will know there is a problem or a suggestion for change. If enough people send feedback, it may get the problem/suggested change solved sooner.
Ah, so this is an improvement then! Take away the helpful graph and replace it with empty space? It's the same in the widget, btw. Thanks for replying, Eric, disappointing as it is to hear.
Call it a Design Improvement, just like all the wasted white space on this forum, Apple will love you. :(
