I understand you would like to create a ringtone for your iPhone using your voice. You can do this using the GarageBand app on your Mac and iPhone:

"You can create custom ringtones using your iPhone: Open the GarageBand app and find the song that you want to use to make a ringtone. Touch and hold the song, then choose Share > Ringtone. Enter a name for the ringtone, then tap Export."
The "song" mentioned above could be an audio recording of your voice, whether that is made in GarageBand for iOS, or using the Voice Memos app, or the Music Memos app.
