On Pages, I like to continue a new document with page count of 67?

Try this:

In the new document:

Click the Document button to the right of the Format brush.

Choose Section.

Set Page Numbering to your choice of style.

Select Start at, and enter 67 (or 68, as appropriate) as the number of the first page in the new document.

Click the Header or Footer box where you want the Page number to appear. Go Insert > Page number.

(optional) enter 'space of space' then go Insert > Page count.
