Is there a way to enlarge plug-in windows in GarageBand?

Is there a way to enlarge plug-in windows, both Apple's and third party's, without changing my overall screen resolution?

Mac Pro, macOS 10.13

Are you asking about the size of the individual plug-in panels or about the size of the area in the smart controls where you are adding plug-ins?

Changing the size of the plugin panels for individual panels will depend on the specific plug-in. The plug-in has to allow to resize its panel. Some plug-in panels can be resized by dragging a corner of the panel. I can make many panels wider by dragging the lower right corner. But I cannot resize the Melodyne plug-in at all, for example.

I was referring to the individual / stand-alone pop-up windows for each plugin (rather than the smart controls section.

I was afraid of that, that it's a limitation per each plugin. I've seen some plugins advertise the ability to scale them up... for example 150% or 200%. It's frustrating because I'm on a 30" cinema display and still can't read half of the plugins controls.

I've tried the "drag the corner" approach, where most plugin's windows allow you to grab the corner and get the expand arrows - but they don't scale up.

I started thinking about how people making youtube tutorials while capturing their screen, often zoom in and out of the areas of discussion. So... I'm going to be using this feature (I overlooked), to zoom in to the plugins as needed. I'd never used this before but guess it will do for those plugins locked at small sizes.
