My Safari Favourite Bookmarks on iCloud won't sync in Safari on my iMac.
I tried to untick and re-tick Safari in System Preferences/iCloud, restarted Safari and the computer many times.
I also tried deleting bookmarks.plist file as well. however, none of these worked.
My Safari History and Frequently Visited do sync though.
All my software is up-to-date and my Favourites do sync in all other my devices.

Last resort - have you tried signing out of iCloud and then sign back in?
Safari Favourites won't sync from iCloud
