iTunes card redemption

Redeemed my itunes card but will not show up in the credit. When I try to redeem it again it says the card has already been redeemed.

iPhone 8 Plus, iOS 12

Log out of the iTunes Store, and then back in. If the balance doesn’t correctly update, click here and contact its staff.
