I work or the US Federal Government and have been given a link to purchase Apple products at modified prices. But in using the link, I see the prices to be the exact same as retail. Please explain.

This would be the link to use.
Apple Store for Government - Apple
Of course, not every product is offered at a discounted price.

After hitting “I accept” for terms, I came upon this page. https://www.apple.com/us_epp_55499/shop
This is what I used, when I bought my newest iPadPro. If memory serves me right, I saved $100. But to be sure, I’d have to check my invoice.
For sure, I saved, though!
I appreciate your thoughtful response.
Unfortunately, that is the exact link we were given to use. I have found no prices there any different from the regular Apple link, and this is why I posted about it. Thanks, though!
As I said, it all depends on the product you select.
For example, here is the standard iPhone XS page.
and here is the Federal Government page, reflecting a small discount.
