how to turn off automatic renewal for app

I tapped too quickly on an App, not realizing that there was a charge. I could find no mention of a charge for the App Heart Rate, but noticed in the one review that it has no turn off option for renewal. We were directed to the App Store but following the directions there, got me no closer to turning off the automatic renewal option.

Can anyone help?
