Icloud unsubscribe without iphone

Hi there,

Im looking to find out how to cancel/unsubscribe my icloud storage without the iphone.

I have currently moved to android & dont use the icloud anymore or have the iphone to cancel it myself.

Is there any other way of cancelling this without the device?
