Use the Apple Pencil to move objects and navigate in iOS Keynote

When I attempt to use my 1st gen apple pencil with Keynote to move objects or select menu items, etc. It will only use drawing mode. Is there a way to turn off drawing mode?

Apple Pencil App Integration The apple pencil 2nd gen double tap feature should be utilized by other apps as well. Not just writing and drawing apps. For example, we should be able to use the double tap to move the slide to the next one in keynote. Imagine being able to do that.

Apple Pencil + iPad + Google Docs I'm following up with the post: https://discussions.apple.com/thread/8164322 In this post, PaulFromNB claimed that he could do Insert -> Drawing and and use Apple Pencil to draw in it. However, I cannot find "Drawings" in Insert entry (menu that appears when tap on "+"). I also checked all other menu entries and unable to find this Insert -> Drawings entry. So where is this Insert -> Drawing function in the Google Docs?
