I watched a video the other day, where the person suggested IF Apple brings mouse support to iPad, it won't be what we hope for. Instead, they suggest it would be geared for people who need special assistance to use iPad and won't be what we think of with traditional mouse support.

Either way, it's all conjecture and the fact remains that currently there has never been mouse support for any iOS device and until Apple announces a change, that's all we know.

An iPad does not have the capability to use a mouse.

iOS itself has no support for a mouse, trackpad, trackball etc. So no iOS device can use a mouse.
