Haptic

My haptics just stopped working yesterday out of the blue. I tried restarting my phone, taking my case off, turning the haptic system off and back on following restart and it’s still not working. Any suggestions?

iPhone 7 Plus, iOS 12

Are they no longer working for anything, or just for selected things? Since you have restarted your phone, that is the first step for user troubleshooting. The next step would be force restart, On an iPhone 7 or iPhone 7 Plus: Press and hold both the Side and Volume Down buttons for at least 10 seconds, until you see the Apple logo. The next step is Restore from backup, Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup - Apple Support then Restore to factory if needed, Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings - Apple Support. Test after each step.
