Apple Watch series 4 dock not showing favorites
My dock keeps showing recents instead of favorites even though I have it set to show favorites from the Watch app on my iPhone. Any idea how to resolve this?

I have mine set to Favorites. I only have one selected. Even after using apps on the Watch, I've pressed the power button to display the dock, and I see the Favorite I have selected and a button to select All Apps, but the latest app I used will also appear when scrolling with the Digital Crown. You then get the choice to Keep in Dock. I'm not sure if that would be removed at a point or not. I'm still experimenting, but I'm guessing at a point it would disappear, since I use other apps on the Watch regularly, but don't see them listed. There has to be a point where it disappears.
