can I download my music going on trip with no WiFi or Cellular data .

I wanted to bring iPod just to play music.

No.

If no access to Wifi or cellular signals where you going with that iPod, then you need to download the music from the “cloud” to your iPod before you leave.

OR if you have a computer with iTunes on it with music stored there, sync music to your iPod via iTunes to get music directly onto the device.
