I don’t like how some people have Group FaceTime and others don’t it’s it ok apple fix your **** so everybody can have Group FaceTime I need to talk to more than one person at a time.

Anyone with an iPhone 6s and later, along with iOS 12.1.4 or later can start a group Facetime.
Those with older phones can join as audio participants as long as they have iOS 12.1.4.

First check your Updates from Settings.Then ask your friends or family if they have an iPhone 6S or SE. If they have something earlier, they will get audio from FaceTime Group Call. Also ask them to update their devices. These two things will fix most issues. Other than that check if your internet is slow or not. Restart your router & then your iPhone.

As noted, there is a hardware and a software requirement.
Not every feature introduced by any manufacturer is backwards compatible to every device ever sold.

And does your XR have iOS 12.1.4 or later?
Do the people you're calling also meet the requirements?
