How do you reset security questions if you can’t remember the answers and don’t have a rescue email set up

They should be able to advise you what to do. Click Contact Support in the top right corner of this page and see what they say.

Thank you but it comes up this? I need to take find my iPhone off an old phone but when I try to do it it comes up with the security questions and I can’t answer them. Then when I try to reset them it comes up with this. If I phone apple can they do it or something over the phone?
