Have a look through here for help since you aren't seeing the Arrangement tab. Start with connecting your MacBook's power adapter.

Airplay is used for wireless communication; if you are using a cable, that's a little different.

You need an Airplay receiver, such as an Apple TV or a compatible speaker, in order to see the Airplay icon.

Thank for your answer. I don't. I have just an HDMI cable connect to a Sony Television. It had works with my iMac so I had thought that it would work with my MacBook Air too. Is it possible?

Do you still have the iMac? If so, what operating system is on it, and what operating system is on your MacBook?
