FAN RUNNING

The fan will not turn off on my Macbook Air.

If the fan is constantly running at high speed, then you need to check Activity Monitor for an application or process which has a high number of CPU cycles.


Try running the Apple Diagnostic.


You can also post an EtreCheck report here using the "Additional Text" icon which looks like a piece of paper.


You could also try an SMC reset & PRAM reset, but I don't think either one will help in this case.
