how to cancel apple music on old accounts

I have lost the ability to access the account on my old phone so I made a new apple id and got a subscription for Apple Music. I was charged for the month last night and noticed it was $35.91. Two charges of $9.99 and one of $15.93 the $15 one was probably something else I bought within the month. I believe the second charge was from a different apple id that I no longer have access to I was wondering if there is any way for me to cancel the Apple Music subscription on that account.

I understand that you have been billed for what appears to be subscription and purchase for two different Apple Music accounts. I have a couple of support articles that will guide you through checking your purchase history and then to cancel an Apple Music subscription.


See your purchase history in the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support


Manage your Apple Music subscription - Apple Support


Unfortunately, you need to do these checks separately on each Apple ID. If you do not have access to one of the accounts, these following support articles should help you to regain access to that Apple ID.
