Apple watch wont turn on

My apple watch wont turn on. I can see a green bolt with a squiggly line when it is on the charger but doesnt look like it is charging and will not turn on or force quit.

See this support document, If your Apple Watch won't charge or it won't turn on - Apple Support

If you are seeing the screen to the right on the bottom row, with the cable showing and the green lightning bolt, then the watch is trying to charge. As indicated in the support document, charge for at least 30 minutes. If the screen does not change, or you are unable to power the watch on, try the additional steps, if it still won't charge/power on, then make a Genius Bar appointment at the nearest Apple store for service.
