Reset passcode for older ipad
I forgot my passcode for an oder iPad. How can I erase the device and reset the passcode? The only reset instructions I can find are for newer devices.

These instructions should work for new and old devices. If you have an issue, tell us exact details of what you have done, software version numbers, what succeeded, what failed, etc.
