that is not an error, it is telling you to contact itunes support. Just click on the link to do as they say.
Hi, I am directly using through app store.. one day it was working fine, then it was asking me to activate the office 365, so I was navigated to the App Store then filled up with card details, finally throws the error as " For assistance contact I Tunes support at www.apple.com/support/itunes/www/. so am not able to processed further.

Have you done as instructed via the link (contact iTunes)?
We are all other users and have no access to your account.
The newest version (as of two years? ago) is a download; although I don't use the newer MS
Office, I understand some payment schedules are like lease instead of actual buying a license.
