siri not responding

Since 12.2 update SIRI has no voice and does not respond to any request. I see the text version of my request on SIRI screen but the request isn’t completed and the screen is frozen. Only way to get phone functions back is to restart. Also the “hey SIRI” doesn’t work and when I try to reset that the screen freezes again on the “set up hey SIRI” page when I click “Continue”. I’ve tried every Apple tutorial fix and still does not work. Help!
