Apple Music charge on mobile bill

I have a charge on my mobile phone bill of £9.99 for Apple Music. I cancelled the subscription but this charge still appears on my bill as a charge. How do I remove this as I have spoken with EE and they have advised I speak with Apple.

Thanks in advance

Did you start Apple Music through iTunes of EE? If iTunes please see

Manage your Apple Music subscription - Apple Support

If there is a problem with this, contact iTunes Support:

iTunes Store - Contact Us - Apple Support

If you got it through EE then you can only cancel it through them.

Thanks for the information Roger. I have already cancelled my subscription through the iTunes settings as above. It’s a strange one as I changed banks and didn’t change my details on iTunes, this then defaulted the payment to my mobile account. Then I cancelled my subscription and still have the charge on my mobile account but the mobile provider can’t remove the charge.

Thanks in advance
