Mojave video playback too fast

I'm using the latest version of Mojave and now all my Youtube videos are playing in fast forward in an instant. It's not just YouTube either. The YouTube speed is set to standard. Not sure how to fix this. Please help.

Video speed Mac Pro All of a sudden all videos downloaded eg utube play very slowly on MacPro. As far as I know I haven't changed any settings

Try resetting NVRAM.

Reset NVRAM or PRAM on your Mac - Apple Support
