Is it something that comes from your wallpaper?

Shoudn't be this case, since your iphone is still covered by warranty, have it inspected at an Apple Store or Authorized Service provider: Apple – Location Selector

It looks like something on your wallpaper. Try changing the lock screen wall paper in Settings>Wallpaper.
