I cant remove this non removable profile from my phone

Hi yes I did find a solution, if you have a MacBook go to the App Store and download the app called Apple Configurator 2 , open it and then connect your iPad or iPhone to your Mac and open it, click on actions at the top then remove then profiles choose the one you want to remove and click can’t remember if it was remove or delete and it’s gone.

i did the same thing the profile doesn’t have the delete option as it says it is non removable , please help....

I’m sorry I think it’s only for macs .

You’re obviously going to be stuck with it if it’s non removable.

Have you figured out how to remove it???
