I discovered this problem since day one i used this phone. Well, the problem is, when i screenshot, the image looks fine on photos. However, when I send the screenshot on social media (such as ws, insta) it looks blurry.

Spotify, IMO, WhatsApp, Snapchat, Telegram, Viber, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google Photos, YouTube, Dropbox and LinkedIn are not Apple products. Contact the App developer for any issue on these from the link below against each app.
Turn off your low power mode. This effects the way the iPhone works. It is only designed when your battery falls below 20%.
