Messages on iCloud

I see no icon on iCloud for messages although iCloud indicates that it has stored messages.

How do I view messages that have been saved on iCloud as there is no icon to open them?

iPhone 7, iOS 12

You don't.

Although they stores in iCloud, they are not viewable in any way other than on your device(s) signed in to the same Apple ID.
