Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT

Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

I can’t access my Apple ID.

So, I open an app and it tells me to upgrade it. As I do so, it asks me my iTunes password or my iCloud password. Then, it tells me to continue signing in, as I do what it asks I need to go into my Apple ID to continue signing in. Yet, it is inaccessible. What do I do now?

What is the exact error message?


Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.


Try a restart.


Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch


Try a forced restart.


Reset Device
