I am trying add my debit card in App Store payment method but it’s showing me declined so please help me out and add my debit card as payment option

Hello.
Please check that you have money on this card, also check that the region of your Apple ID matches the region where the card was issued.
Also contact your bank and ask them if there are any problems there.
See Payment methods that you can use with your Apple ID - Apple Support and About payment card authorization holds from the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support. If your card cannot take the hold request it won't work.

I contacted bank about week ago they told me it’s everything cleared from bank side they don’t have any problem for payment
Yes I do have money in this card and this is card in the same region of my Apple ID but I don’t know it’s still showing me declined
