my phone keeps cutting on and off and I dont know how to connect it to iTunes to update it

IPhone 7 stuck The phone was being updated via iTunes then iTunes dropped off! Now the phone will only show the connect to pc and only while on charge. otherwise the phone has black screen off charge will not restart, reset or anything? Nice way to force a customer into another phone

Cant trun on my phone i can not turn on my phone, tried to fully reboot and got the picture that i have to connect phone to pc. Connected the phone to pc and in itunes i cannot update it. So what else can i do without reestablishing it
