I lost my apple watch and I was wondering if I could pay for a replacement it is brand new

You can purchase a replacement if you wish. There is no discount replacement costs. Did you attempt to locate the watch with Find My iPhone? Depending on how long it as been gone and if it was still connected to wi-fi, you may be able to track it. Do you have an idea of where you lost it at?
