Live photos in Facebook has stopped working after update to iOS 12.3

Hi

Has anyone noticed that typically after an iOS update live photos stops working in Facebook? It works in the photo app but not in Facebook. I have previously removed/ added the Facebook app and have toggled live photos in Settings. The only thing that worked for me was resetting the phone and starting from scratch...which I do not want to do.

Anyone got any ideas?
