My phone will ring once loudly and then ringer volume fades so quiet I can barley hear it. My volume is turned up to the max. Any answers for me?

Are you looking at your phone once the phone rings? If so, that is normal, the phone knows you've seen who is calling and no longer needs to have the volume that high.
My iPhone will ring loudly and then volume fades so quiet I can barley hear it.
