Disabled Apple ID

I didn’t recognize my monthly subscription to iCloud under iTunes so I disputed it with my PayPal accidentally. So I told PayPal to reverse it. Now, my Apple ID is disabled and I’m unable to purchase iCloud storage. What do you advise me to do?

If you went direct to PayPal instead of contacting iTunes Support you likely now owe iTunes and they might have permanently disabled the account. Try contacting them if you haven't now done so :

- go to http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww

- click on your country's flag (the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on your account)

- click on Contact Support towards the top right

- click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us
