Unable to connec to iMessage/FaceTime server error on iPad
Hi Everyone,
I’m having trouble with iMessage on iPad, “unable to connect to server”. I have no trouble with iMessage on on my private and work iPhone (both with same AppleID), it works properly on those devices. I do not remember when it stopped working but I have been trying to log in for a week now with no luck. I have just updated the software on the iPad (15 May). Time zone settings are ok, Set Automatically is turned off.
Please do not suggest the following https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201422 because there is no option on the iPad to turn iMessage and FaceTime on/off, so these are of no help whatsoever.
