Siri Dock Suggestion Won't Turn Off

Hello.

There is an app I use on daily basis and Siri keep putting that app on my dock and I can't find a way to remove it. That app appears with a clock icon top of it and even If I open the app, that app still stays on my dock. If I wanted to put it there, I would put it by myself.

I tried to turn off all Siri Suggestions and suggestion for that specific app but it keep coming there. What else can I do to turn off Siri suggestions ? I'm pretty certain some other apps will appear on dock in the future and I don't want that.
