could someone help me i watch many videos in youtube on how to fix my disabled iphone 5s then no one works. because my iphone is disabled and the power button is broken so i can't restart my phone.

You will have to get it repaired before you can use it again. Even if you restored it in iTunes (the only fix for a disabled device) you cannot complete activation and setup again without a working home button.
