can't connect the page
When I want to reach a web site from outlook, I get "can't establish secure connection"

Is that website that you are attempting to reach from Outlook using an http://, or https:// URI? If the former, it may be considered unsecure by the Safari browser. That is because the operator of that website has not configured it for secure connections, and that is not the fault of Microsoft or Apple.
