Whatsapp Calls works but normal calls doesnt.

i have the problem that when i call with whatsapp my earspeaker works and my microphone works but when someone is calling me normal my earspeaker and micorphone doesnt work. i tried many options i checked the receiver aswell no luck there nothing is broken or anything its just in whatsapp call they hear me and i hear them trough my earspeaker but with normal calls they cant hear me and i cant hear them.

Please help me it is very frustrating.

Hello.

So, it's a good news that your microphones and ear speaker work.

The thing is WhatsApp call is going through your data and a regular call not.

Please, head to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. This will only remove your network settings and won't affect any data.

If this doesn't resolve your issue, contact your carrier, the problem might be on their side.

Thanks for your response. But i switched sim cards already yesterday and tried resetting aswell but it does not solve the issue i dont know what else to do nothing seems broken on the inside. I dont have a subscription to a company with my sim its just a regular prepaid sim and in my other Samsung phone it works so yea..
