Hello, anybody knows if is possible to increase brightness to a projection screen from keyboard key of Mac 27"?

Brightness of the projector would need to be controlled by the projector. The the video out cable only controls just that video, none of the controls the actual output device (in your case the projector) control.
If the projector has a remote, you can look on that to see if there is a control. If there is not then I'd look at the projector's troubleshooting and see if the manufacturer suggests anything.
Thanks for your answer, I believe you are right, my hope was to make a brighter image, the projector has not a full brightness control, just a little level behind the lens and there isn't "Brightness and Contrast" in the menu. Thanks .
Yes the projector has a remote, already checked into the menu and user manual, but I bought it in 2002 and I didn't changed the lamp yet... Maybe it's time to change with a new one, the remaining life time is about 60%... and somebody told me that it is still a good lamp life time.
Bof I do not know, maybe e new lamp cuold be the solution.
Original cost about 300US$ a chinese about 100US$... I will test the cheaper one first...
