3D Touch not working on my İphone X. APPLE PLEASE

after I install the new IOS 12.3 my İphone X's 3D touch not working.

I tried force restart, nothing happened.

I tried to reset my settings, nothing happened.

I tried to remove my protective glass and i lost my glass.

I tried to on and off my 3D touch, nothing happened.

I tried to play 3D touch supported game, nothing happened.

what do you guys think about this problem? do you have any suggestion or sth?

Apple, please solve this 3D Touch problem

You may want to check your sensitivity settings.

Change 3D Touch sensitivity on your iPhone - Apple Support

We're also just fellow users here; Apple Support does not actively read this forum, so if you think your phone may be having an issue, your better bet would be to make yourself a Genius Bar appointment to have your phone diagnosed:

It's always possible, but since other people are not reporting 3D Touch issues, your best bet is to visit your local Apple Store and have your phone examined.

Then take your phone it to be examined, it may need service.

can this problem will get fix with a new ios update? Couple of hours ago, I formatted my phone and still everything same

Thanks for your help. I gave my phone to the service and the phone will be back approximatelly in 10 days. I hope they'll fix this problem as soon as they can
