Why is iCloud for windows only showing iCloud, photos and bookmarks

I downloaded iCloud for windows.

It installed without errors but the only thing is it showing me to choose from are iCloud Drive, photos and bookmarks.

It does not show me the choice box of mail, contacts, calendar and tasks.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled with the same result.

What am I missing? I’m gonna check google to make sure there isn’t some fine print hiding the answer.

Any helpful input would be appreciated.
