Apple Watch "Tap to Open"

Actually, you last comment did help. It helped me realize that that part of my watch face had to do with apps and their status. So I opened the music app on my iPhone and played a song. The song title appear on my watch where the unresponsive "TAP TO OPEN" notice had been. When I then stopped the music, closed the music app on my iPhone, the outside weather notification came back as it had before the problem started. Thanks for the help.

As I stated when I posed my question, when I tap on the face, nothing happens. As I also stated in my question, I have already tried rebooting my Apple Watch and it doesn't change the problem. I also check the Apple Watch dock and it already has the weather app. I opened the weather ap on my watch, and it works great. Rebooted my watch afterward. I tried to delete it and reinstall it, but it wouldn't delete. The problem persists. None of you comments have helped, but thanks for trying.
