Color banding issue on MacBook Pro 2018 TB 13,3"

Hey y'all!

I've met with a problem that I have never seen before and never seen on my previous MBP 2015.

The color banding of my screen when it displays anything dark or blurry is super pixelated. It looks like it was a 8-bit depth banding.

When I'm toggling Night Shift and True Tone it decreases but it can still be clearly seen that it shouldn't look like this on a 2300$ laptop ..
