Harry Potter no longer showing up in 4K

I know this has hit the tech news world. I saw that it's also being fixed. I still do not see the fix. I still see HD and not 4K Dolby Vision/HDR. How long should it take for the fix to get to me?

That would be exactly what I said above. The answer itself is not something a user can possibly have knowledge of personally, it would be a matter of seeing if someone else has been given information. Typically it is faster to just contact them yourself, which you did end up doing and in your case you posted the knowledge onto the forum immediately. I'm sure other users will be appreciative, I was merely trying to assist in getting you to receive an answer in a timely manner.

Have a good evening.

Other users could definitely have that knowledge, had they contacted support before I did. I would prefer to get answers from other users whenever possible. But given the response here, I chose to contact Apple.

They are aware of the issue, they are working on a fix, and they have no ETA. Now the information exists on this forum for any other user that might look here for an answer. :)
